I love, love, love the way this coffee tastes!  I so look forward to my first cup in the morning and bring two thermoses of it to work every day.  I also put a scoop or two of roasted barley in with the coffee, so between the chicory and the barley, I have a health drink!  HA!

When our Chairman of the Board tried the Coffee & Chicory Glazed Quail at Commanders Palace, New Orleans, he was told by one of the owners that we at French Market Coffee would be surprised at how much they use our coffee in different recipes.

Since then, he and other members of the French Market family have been using our Coffee & Chicory and Café New Orleans in sauces and marinades and toffee and cakes

As they write up their recipes for us to add here, we've decided to ask you to share your culinary genius as well.
